In this movie adapted from Michael Cricton, a government satellite crashes near Piedmont, New Mexico. Soon all the residents are dead except for infant Manuel Rios and 69 year old Peter Jackson. Dr. Jeremy Stone, Dr. Mark Hall, Dr. Charles Dutton and Dr. Ruth Leavitt are dropped off at a super secret military base where they are supposed to find out why these two survived where everyone else died. It is a great science fiction thriller.
